All registered players are covered for insurance which is provided by Football NSW and managed by Gow-Gates.

Additional Notes:
Do not wait until your treatment has concluded before lodging your claim.
Government legislation prevents reimbursement of Medicare costs including the Medicare Gap.
DO NOT start any physio treatment without a doctors referral.
