Group Training

Academy group training is open to any players who want to learn and improve their technical skills. An improvement in technical skills will make the game easier and more enjoyable for players. In the group sessions players will learn skills, then get the opportunity to apply them straight away in a game related setting. Equipment needed

Boots, shinpads, water bottle and hairbands for players with long hair

Session length

Depends on the age group but between 45 mins and 60 mins

Time of Year

3 weeks prior to grading in January (2021 only) then Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4

Class Sizes

The goal is to achieve a ratio of 8 players to 1 coach

St Matthews Farm Reserve, Cromer

Cost and Payment

Players who have never experienced our Academy in any form will be given 1 free taster session to see what it is like.

Players who have experienced the Academy before will be required to pay upfront for the term

Pricing is currently under review!

There will also be a one-off fee of $50 per year to help cover the cost of the special academy shirt and extra pair of shorts.

It is also important to note that players need to be registered with an MWFA Club to participate and be covered by insurance.
